  I want to start off by saying I really appreciate the way Carter and Jakari helped me take care of my car today. They took the time to help me book my appointment and fully explained the different things that needed to be fixed. That way … More I understood why these were recommended to be fixed and could better understand how they helped my car function. I even had to call Jakari back with a few questions and he was very helpful and informative, giving me answers that made sense. All of this has been a positive experience and really put my mind at ease. I am thankful for everyone’s experience and patience at this garage

  I'm late to review Rob's, as they took care of me back in August, but these guys are amazing!!! Carter was the main employee I spoke with over the phone and he was phenomenal. He also came in on his day off to make sure I had … More my car secured in a safe place until they opened. Corey also really helped when I came in personally and by going through some paperwork to ensure I wasn't being screwed over by the company I had been going to the last several years (which it turned out i kind of had been). Carter and Corey worked together to find me the best ways to handle the situation and have me honest suggestions without making me feel manipulated into paying for maintenance through they're company - they were there to help and make sure that I was safe while driving my vehicle. While being very professional and knowledgeable, they went up and beyond what I could have hoped for. The company understands that life happens and they do everything (within reason) to work with your time and budget to make sure that their clients are well taken care of and that the work that they do is thorough and accurate.I HIGHLY suggest using Rob's Automotive for your vehicle needs because of their honesty, hard work and their excellent customer service.Thank you again, especially Carter and Corey, for helping me get through a rough time with my little car and helping me feel confident that I made the right choices on how to handle my car issues.   This shop is well managed and provided an extensive and thorough evaluation of my vehicle. My car is 20 years old and well worn. I came to Rob’s for a free brake inspection and got an ICU (intensive car unit) analysis.I will likely not … More proceed with the repair which is worth more $ than my car is worth but I have 2 other vehicles I would NOT hesitate to take to this shop. A good mechanic is about equivalent to a good medical doctor!Cheyenne is awesome and the portal to Rob’s.

He was incredibly patient, understanding, and transparent about the issue, pricing, and the best course of action. The technician who worked on my car (I believe it was J. Barrera) was also very understanding of my situation and did his best to offer a fair price. While the shop rate is higher than some other mechanics, the quality of service and peace of mind are well worth it.I highly recommend working with Daniel.   I brought my car to Rob‘s Automotive to get it fixed up prior to selling and this experience has further proven why I’ll continue to bring my cars to them going forward. I’ve brought my car there multiple times over the last 5 years and … More I’m only a repeat customer to businesses that have earned my trust through honesty and great work. The full inspection report they send customers is always greatly appreciated, as it provides a transparency you don’t necessarily get when servicing your car at big dealerships. And in general, the whole crew at Rob’s is wonderful and I’ve only had positive experiences with everyone in the office, including the mechanics.With that being said, I’m posting this review more so to acknowledge the wonderful customer service I received from Jakari, during this visit. His professionalism and consistent updates throughout made me feel incredibly confident in the process, especially with regard to timeline and cost for the repairs. While Jakari may be new to Rob‘s Automotive, he’s certainly not green when it comes to his knowledge of the industry. Further, he knew that I was planning on trading in my car after picking it up, so he went ahead and pulled up all of its carfax so that I would have that information in hand when going to the dealership! The overall process was remarkably simple and straightforward and I highly recommend taking your business over to them!

  Rob’s Automotive Repair was wonderful! I took my car in to be thoroughly inspected for any issues. They were photographed and assessed and then sent to me for approval before any work was done. They gave me options about what was needed … More now, and issues that I could have done later. I like the way they do business and knew I could trust them. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Cheyenne was my representative who helped me…excellent!!! They even offer rides to and from their business for free (Lyft).
