Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Our lobby is open but masks are required. They were so clear and easy to deal with! Dropped my car off, they took care of everything, explained everything to me in detail and went on my way! We took our 2005 Toyota Highlander (215,000 miles) to Rob’s for the brakes but asked for diagnostics to check for any other issues. Our mechanic was thorough in his diagnosis and let us know what needed to be done now (and why) and what could wait until later. The staff was pleasant with a focus on customer service.
