Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Our lobby is open but masks are required. Great service and timing on walk in job. Checked in without appointment in the morning and by end of the day requested service was complete. It is great to know what is my vehicle needs serviced. Joe took care of checkout making sure all is good and even gave rebate forms so I could get some money back from parts cost. While I do some repairs to my small home fleet my self, some jobs I prefer to trust to professionals.

I've been going here for my oil changes for the past 3 years and the quality of service can't be beat. When I first moved to Portland, I was nervous about finding a new place to get work done on my Jeep. However, after much research I found this gem in Clackamas. Since then I've moved across the river to Beaverton area and I still make the drive over here. These guys are thorough, they go through your vehicle and provide a digital inspection report with photos of various parts of your vehicle taken during the safety check. The only issue I've was with scheduling an appointment through their website. So I received a confirmation email with the date and time of my appointment. I show up at said date and time and the technician says I was actually scheduled for an appointment for 2 hours earlier. Confused, I show him the confirmation email and he mentions that there are 2 digital schedules and they don't always sync correctly and the emails the system sends out out can be different from what the actual schedule is. Whatever the case was, he apologizes for the confusion, made things right and got me in for my scheduled appointment. I do enjoy the ease of scheduling through the website, however in the future I probably just call to set things up. This is a very honest shop that doesn't try to up sell you on anything. The great attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and the excellent customer service will continue to have me coming back! Keep it up guys!

Rob's has standards above today's expectations. When I have car problems, they listen (!) and they discuss what might be wrong and how they would approach the repair. They discuss the costs, the future care, exactly what they'll do - they are honest (!) and candid about what possible future maintenance It may need. When I take my car in (my baby) I trust them completely. And they have a great attitude and are courteous. I'm very satisfied with their work and their prices - and their attitude!
