The work they did was well done I removed a star because they didn't call back even though they said they would.

Brian was my main go to guy. He is very knowledgeable and does great work. The only problem I had was with the engine builder who was contracted to build my engine which took way to much time to build. No fault of Robs or Brian. I have no problem in useing Robs in the future as needed.

The service was great. My car was fixed almost immediately, but paying for it took a little too long.

The service was fine as it should be for the price of an oil change. I have never paid $99 for an oil change.

I had a great experience at Rob’s ! They got me Rite in and fixed my car the first time. After going to two other places that failed and charged me anyway. I should have just saved myself the extra money and headache by going to Rob’s first. Lesson learned. Not going to repeat that mistake again. 💡

I was surprised the car was not vacuumed, nor had windows washed, and found out a washer cap had been missing since MARCH . Al;so, an engine oil leak was discovered, but I only found it out upon returning home, and the air filter was shown to need replacement, but this was not mentioned either?

Took a 1992 honda accord to Robs to have an after market security system removed and ignition switch replaced. I had started this myself when I found the security system and stopped. Left steering colum unassembled to save them time. They did replace the switch and got the car running, but after removing the security system they did not check out the electrical system and I got it back without the AC/Heat working (which worked prior), Tim and Bobs comments were we will check it out, but if we did not cause it we will charge you. After them telling me multiple times that if it was not their fault they were going to charge me, I got the feeling that it was not going to be their fault no matter what and I was looking at paying them. Better customer service would have been "sure we will check it out." do a dianostic and then report what they found and if it required more money get authorization to fix it.
