Excellent service and professionalism, but left brown scratches on my car The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The gentleman at the front desk made a point of explaining that they don't charge for or perform services until the owner of the vehicle gives the go-ahead, and that they do a thorough inspection for every vehicle regardless of the service performed. While I was there another customer was being offered shuttle service to get him to work and an offer to work around a shuttle gap in the afternoon to bring him back into the shop, and their flexibility and desire to make things work made a great impression! I appreciated the openness, professionalism, and communication, speed of the oil change, and flexibility about when to pick up my car. The price was fair, and I did get a thorough run-down of everything that needed to be checked (nothing, thankfully!). I left the shop and did a once-around on my car I found brown scratches on the rear passenger door near the driver's door that were definitely not there when I left it that morning. There are similar scratches on the right side of the car. They haven't come out with some buffing or soap so I cannot overlook them, however they are easy to ignore if you look at the car from a distance. I don't know whether they happened during the oil change, or before or after from other customers moving around, however they don't have a pattern of a car door or other bumping cause and instead look like a shallow sliding streaking scratch. Overall the business is very communicative, honest, and fairly priced; just be careful to get before-and-after pictures of your car just in case.

Friendly....Efficient....Reasonably Priced Service I have been going to Jiffy Lube for WAY TOO LONG. I was so pleased with Brian at the front desk who was knowledgable and friendly when I went in for a basic oil change. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. No pressure sales, just good guys...doing good business and working their butts off to make their customers happy! Thank you!

Excellent Quality We take our trucks there and quality of work is awesome. If it doesn't need to be done - they don't hesitate to say "save your money"! They treat your vehicle as if it was their own. And Brian is invaluable in quality control and making sure the job is done right the first time.

Repair of my vehicle I needed to have my vehicle repaired quickly for passing of DEQ,, Brian offered to first to put it up on the rack and to check out whether or not it was the Cat or O2 sensor. He had me bring it in at 8:00 AM and put it up on the rack. After testing it he gave me the options that I had and the cost of each one. He made a recommendation but left the decision up to me. He did not pressure me either way, I made the decision to replace the Cat. Brian said I made the right decision. They worked it in that day in less time than I expected and for less than was quoted. It passed DEQ and my vehicle is running great. This was my first experience with them and was greatly impressed with their service and pricing.
