Took a 1992 honda accord to Robs to have an after market security system removed and ignition switch replaced. I had started this myself when I found the security system and stopped. Left steering colum unassembled to save them time. They did replace the switch and got the car running, but after removing the security system they did not check out the electrical system and I got it back without the AC/Heat working (which worked prior), Tim and Bobs comments were we will check it out, but if we did not cause it we will charge you. After them telling me multiple times that if it was not their fault they were going to charge me, I got the feeling that it was not going to be their fault no matter what and I was looking at paying them. Better customer service would have been "sure we will check it out." do a dianostic and then report what they found and if it required more money get authorization to fix it.

Very friendly they didnt try to push anything extra on me they did let me know of things I should think of doing for the milage of my vehicle I was pleased with my service and will defently go back again.

Wow! This was hands down the best auto repair I have ever experienced. I came in on a Saturday, my regular guy is closed on Saturdays. Bob listened to me, asked for my thoughts, fixed my problem while I waited. First rate customer service. He has a service with Enterprise Rental to rent a car for $25 daily. I am so impressed. I'll be back and will strongly recommend this garage to friends and family.

First, I'm glad that Rob's is open on Saturdays. Second, also glad that Brian was there at the front desk. He's always been friendly and courteous and obviously has a passion for cars. Congratulations Brian for 42 years in this auto industry!
