Took a 1992 honda accord to Robs to have an after market security system removed and ignition switch replaced. I had started this myself when I found the security system and stopped. Left steering colum unassembled to save them time. They did replace the switch and got the car running, but after removing the security system they did not check out the electrical system and I got it back without the AC/Heat working (which worked prior), Tim and Bobs comments were we will check it out, but if we did not cause it we will charge you. After them telling me multiple times that if it was not their fault they were going to charge me, I got the feeling that it was not going to be their fault no matter what and I was looking at paying them. Better customer service would have been "sure we will check it out." do a dianostic and then report what they found and if it required more money get authorization to fix it.
