great service

I've been bringing my car here to Rob's for the past two years and they've always been very professional, courteous and do great work! The past appt. was no exception.... they even provided me with a ride home, when the service being done was going to be longer than anticipated. I appreciate their honesty and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I called ribs automotive to get a quote on how much my car would cost to fix, when I took it in, they charged me 150 bucks for a diagnostic test that I didn’t need done, already knew the problem. The guy al, that was helping me , had my car from 8 in the morning til almost 2. It took almost all day to look at my car? When it should of been a few hours, I called a few times to find out about when I get my car back , al was not very nice when he called me back , telling me basically to be patient and that he was helping 3 other people at the same time, and would call me back in 45 mins! So... 2 hours later he calls me back And says sorry, I took a lunch break before calling you back. they have no sense of urgency for their customers . Absolutely ridiculous I waited almost all day to just get a quote on my car and a diagnostic test was unnecessary, AND al tells me when he called that my car needs to be fixed ASAP or I can’t drive it anymore . I was already aware of this and don’t need to be told when I know . I’ll never be taking my car here again. Too expensive and no sense of urgency as well as rude staff.

Bob treated me like I was in control every step of the way! So, grateful on the staff. 5 stars is not enough. Thanks Bob.

Great customer service, excellent knowledge of the vehicles and very affordable. They went above and beyond to fulfill what I needed done highly recommend.

Service was good

I bought a used car at the beginning of the year, only to discover as time went on that many issues had to be addressed. Rob's Automotive Repair has been so helpful to me. Each employee has been kind, explained things to me, gave me a priority list of what needs to be done when I can afford it. This month my car broke down. Al is who helped me through my crisis, and he went way over the top to assist and make my emergency easier.

For the 3rd time in a row, a hose was left disconnected. Coolant sprayed all over the engine bay on my drive home. I even made sure Brian knew that this had happened the previous two times he had worked on my truck, but it still happened again.

Al was very helpful and courteous. The techs found the problem my car was having when other shops could not. They had a rental car ready for me the morning I took my car into their shop. They were available via text to answer my questions. They made sure that I was updated on the progress and what they had found. Al even stayed late so that I could pick up my car when I was stuck in traffic. Thank you!
